Eileen was a founding member of the Massachusetts Coalition of ABA Providers (MassCAP), serves as Vice Chair of the Standards Committee for the Autism Commission on Quality (ACQ), serves as Chair of the Professional Practice Committee of BABAT (Massachusetts Professionals in Behavior Analysis), and Member-At-Large of NHABA. Eileen has also served as a subject matter expert reviewer for the Council of Autism Service Providers (CASP) organizational guidelines and helped in the development of accreditation standards for ABA providers through ACQ. Eileen has worked in the human services field for more than two decades across various states, leadership positions, and in both for-profit and non-profit home agencies providing center-based programs, special education schools, and residential programs. In these roles she supports initiatives related to risk management, compliance, quality improvement, licensing, accreditation, and related performance improvement initiatives. She has been central in large-scale expansion efforts within the capacity of her roles. As states enacted autism insurance legislation, Eileen supported the programs and families served as they navigated these regulatory and legislative changes. Her areas of expertise and interest include managing risk, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, quality improvement, licensing and accreditation activities, operational excellence, advocacy and trauma informed care. 

Brandon Herscovitch

Brandon is a repeat entrepreneur in emerging applied behavior analysis (ABA) and autism markets. He successfully founded, operated, and sold an ABA agency (2006 – 2019). He is the founding (past) president of not-for-profit trade organization for ABA providers, and an ABA healthcare consulting practice owner at Partners Behavioral Health. Brandon is the co-owner and CEO of a wearable tech co for monitoring and managing SIB in autism, and a co-patent author of the same technology. He was a provider rep on the ABA CPT coding group, has taught several university courses in ABA, and has research publications related to self-injury, precursors, and managed care in autism.

Gina Green

Gina Green

Gina’s contributions to the advancement and professionalization of the practice of applied behavior analysis (ABA) cannot be overstated. For the past 15+ years she has been actively involved in advocating for public policies to support that practice, including behavior analyst licensure laws and rules in more than 40 US states and other jurisdictions as well as laws and policies governing coverage of ABA services by commercial and public health plans (Medicaid, TRICARE) across the US. She is one of the co-authors of the current CPT codes for adaptive behavior/ABA services and related materials. Gina currently serves on the ABA Coding Coalition, the Autism Commission on Quality (ACQ) Standards Committee and Outcomes Workgroup, the Advisory Board for the B.F. Skinner Foundation, and the Board of Mission Alpha Advocacy. Former professional roles include co-founding the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts (APBA) and serving as its Executive Director/CEO from 2009 through 2022; president of the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) and the California Association for Behavior Analysis (CalABA); Board of Directors, Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB); and Director of Research at the New England Center for Children. She has also served on the advisory boards of several autism programs. Gina’s contributions have been recognized with awards from the BACB, Autism Speaks, American Psychological Association Division 25, ABAI, CalABA, the Berkshire Association for Behavior Analysis & Therapy, the New York State Association for Behavior Analysis, and ABA in PA, among others. She has served on the editorial boards of the Journal of the Experimental Analysis of Behavior, Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, The Behavior Analyst, Behavioral Interventions, and Behavior Analysis in Practice; co-edited two manuals on ABA intervention for young children with autism; authored or co-authored numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals; and co-authored Strategies and Tactics of Behavioral Research and Practice (4th Ed.) with James M. Johnston and Henry S. Pennypacker.

Jaime Warren

ED.D, MBA, BHS, CNMT, NCT, FACC

Jaime has worked in the healthcare field for 20+ years in both the clinical and operational aspects of healthcare.  She holds an Ed.D in Leadership and Learning with a specialization in Healthcare Administration/Leadership and has also completed her MBA.  Jaime has held senior leadership and consulting roles related to care transformation, diagnostic imaging, and the cardiovascular field.  

Jaime’s background includes progressive experience in the healthcare setting for inpatient and outpatient operations in hospital systems and outpatient centers.  Her progressive leadership roles bring experience in finances/budget planning, hospital and ambulatory operations, clinical and business office management, documentation, workflows, and implementation, quality initiatives, risk/safety management, strategic planning, teammate retention strategies, and coaching a management team to lead high employee engagement.  

She has an extensive knowledge in diagnostic imaging that includes operations, accreditation, radioactive material licensing, and software solutions (i.e. PACS and EMR).

Jaime is Vice President, Care Transformation/MedAxiom/ACC, In this capacity, she shares expertise on industry trends to guide Cardiovascular services lines and practices through transforming their healthcare system, organization, workflows, operations, compensation models, workplace culture, policy and procedures, regulations, and infrastructure. She supports organizations through strategy-based advice to solve current problems, implement best practices, research current trends/benchmarking, and provide insights on guiding transformational organizational change.

Jaime is also IAC Nuclear/PET Consultant/Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Nuclear Medicine Laboratories. She has been Director, Non-Invasive Cardiovascular Services/Norton Healthcare. Jaime is an adjunct professor, speaks at national conferences including the American College of Nuclear Cardiology, Bracco Diagnostic educational sessions, Astellas Pharma, and local and state chapter meetings for diagnostic imaging.

She is on the Board of Directors for The Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB), The Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC), and previously with Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy.

He has experience in a variety of healthcare entities including non-profit hospitals, for-profit hospitals, physician owned hospitals, physician practices, & behavioral health community centers. He specializes in financial reporting, financial modeling & budgeting, and building complex spreadsheets to streamline financial reporting & trend analysis.

Jen Collado

Jen has served populations with developmental disabilities and autism in clinics, homes, schools, and residential facilities over the past 20+ years. She sits on the Executive Committee for the Washington Association for Behavior Analysis (WABA). In this role, Jen advocates for access to care through sustainable state programs and funder policies. She also advocates for consumer protections through appropriate state licensure and rules. Jen has served in clinical and operational leadership roles supporting compliance, quality, clinical operations performance management, and systems development. She has overseen organizations from early phase start ups through multi-state regions in complex, matrixed organizations, including systems and culture integration and denovo growth. Jen is passionate about ensuring access to care, clinical quality, compliance with standards and regulations, team development, building scalable and efficient operational systems, and compassionate and efficacious care.

Leticia (Naji) Jaquez

Naji is a data engineer and full-stack software developer, trained from MIT. She has been combining programming and data analytics for the past ten years and has applied her skills to a wide range of fields from education to non-profit organizations, government agencies, and private businesses. Leticia has expertise in helping entities in determining their true underlying needs and determine creative customized solutions in multiple realms whether it be in data extraction and analytics or digital marketing strategies.

Vanessa has extensive experience in RCM activities with some of our industry’s more well known revenue cycle management (RCM) and provider groups, as well as companies from other more established health care fields including physician groups. She also has knowledge and years of experience with industry specific (ABA) practice management platforms.

Jason Rubino

Jason holds a Masters degree in Behavior Analysis (board certified since 2011) and his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He has provided services to populations with autism and a variety of developmental and intellectual disabilities in homes, schools and clinics, has held clinical supervisor roles, and has unique experience with OBM and performance management. Prior to earning his BCBA credential, Jason had established his earlier career path across a variety of business lines, including: operations, financial analysis & modeling, and risk management. Jason takes a collaborative team approach while working toward your goals for both front of house – clinical services – and back of house – operations, finances, compliance, etc.
