For customers seeking more individualized or ongoing arrangements, we offer as needed, hourly as well as ongoing c-suite arrangements. With c-suite services you get ongoing support for setting up and/or managing and growing your ABA practice. We will work with you to determine your specific needs and focus areas.
Services are tailored to our clients’ needs. We offer strategic consulting, management support, and operational activities. We create a plan within your budget, from helping to support your team’s success, through full-service arrangements. All services will be agreed upon by both parties.
We meet and identify short and longer term objectives, then decide meeting schedules, what should be done between meetings, and who is responsible for the different activities (either your team or ours). We support your team in the way and on a schedule that best suits your needs and maximizes your return on investment with us.
Your needs will change over time as you progress, and as you become more familiar with the different items needed, and so can shift how we support you based on your changing needs.
Our clients have a client success manager (CSM) to help them through their service journey with us. One or more PBH consultants may be present at meetings depending on client needs. Each consultant’s time is counted toward the hours provided.
Use of your time is allocated to the team members who are best suited to support the objectives for that period or project.
Support Levels and Arrangements
We provide your desired level of support within the budget you select at each step in the process. During set up and ongoing operations, we can help Strategize, Coordinate, Advise, Leverage resources, Execute. If you intend to use any of our packaged services, our downloads may be included in the service delivery process.
Fees for Hourly and C-Suite Services
We have standard and customary rates for hourly, as needed services. With as needed, hourly services, you only pay for our services if and when you use them. C-suite services are based on a recurring, volume-base model, that allows us to offer the best possible price. The most favorable discounts are offered for our prepaid recurring service packages. This model also allows us to take extra steps to ensure we secure time from specific team members as needed for customers in a service period. Rates for prepaid c-suite packages require monthly recurring online pre-payment for base hours via subscription. Base hours refers to the number of recurring monthly hours you lock in and pay for in advance of each monthly service period. Additional hourly services, agreed upon in advance with our client, will be billed on a monthly basis at the same prepay rate and are due within 15 days. Customers can increase or decrease their selected package, or end pre-payments at any time. See individual services below for more information.
